Terms written for a working contractor.

1. Agreement and operator

Fast Quoting is operated by Flooring Pros Augusta. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using Fast Quoting, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cancellation and Refund Policy. If you create or administer an account for a company, you confirm that you have authority to accept these policies for that company.

If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

2. Accounts, companies, and team members

Fast Quoting is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old. Each company receives a separate workspace. You must provide accurate account information, protect login credentials, and promptly update information that changes.

Company owners and authorized administrators may invite, remove, and manage team members and their permissions. Your company is responsible for activity performed through its accounts and for removing access when a person should no longer use the workspace. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

3. Trial, price, renewal, and billing

Fast Quoting Starter includes a 30-day free trial and is currently $49 per company per month after the trial. A software trial starts when the company account is created. Contractor Access may be offered separately at no charge and may require Flooring Pros approval.

Adding a payment method authorizes Stripe and Fast Quoting to begin monthly subscription charges when the remaining trial ends. The subscription then renews automatically each month until canceled. Taxes may be added where required. We show the applicable price, billing frequency, and trial timing before you authorize checkout.

We may change future pricing or plan features with advance notice. A price change applies no earlier than a future renewal described in the notice.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time without a cancellation fee. Use the Manage Subscription control on the Billing page or follow the email option in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless required by law or stated in that policy, amounts already paid are not prorated or refunded.

5. Your content and customer data

You retain ownership of the information your company puts into Fast Quoting, including customer, lead, price-book, estimate, job, invoice, image, and document data (“Company Content”). You give us a limited permission to host, copy, process, transmit, and display Company Content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and to follow your instructions.

Your company is responsible for having a lawful reason and any needed permission to collect and use Company Content, including personal information about customers and team members. Do not upload information that your company is not authorized to use.

6. Estimates and business decisions

Fast Quoting provides workflow and calculation tools; it does not replace your company's professional judgment. Your company must review measurements, quantities, prices, tax settings, descriptions, contracts, estimates, invoices, schedules, and customer communications before relying on or sending them. You remain responsible for your work, licenses, permits, taxes, warranties, customer agreements, and compliance with applicable law.

Fast Quoting is not legal, tax, accounting, engineering, or construction advice.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law; infringe another person's rights; send deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized messages; upload malicious code; probe or bypass security; access another company's data; overload the service; resell access without permission; or reverse engineer the service except where the law does not allow that restriction.

8. Service ownership and integrations

Fast Quoting and its software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by or licensed to Flooring Pros Augusta. These Terms give you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service for your company during an active trial or subscription.

Third-party services such as Stripe, authentication providers, email delivery, spreadsheets, or accounting integrations are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for a third party's separate service, and an integration may change or become unavailable.

9. Availability, suspension, and termination

We work to keep Fast Quoting available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, security events, internet failures, or third-party outages may affect access. We may suspend or limit an account to protect the service, prevent harm, address nonpayment, or respond to a material violation of these Terms. When practical, we will give notice and a chance to correct the issue.

You may stop using the service at any time, but stopping use does not itself cancel an active paid subscription. Before access ends, save or export Company Content that your company needs.

10. Disclaimers and limits

To the extent allowed by law, Fast Quoting is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We do not guarantee that every estimate, calculation, integration, or communication will be complete or error-free.

To the extent allowed by law, Flooring Pros Augusta will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data. Our total liability arising from Fast Quoting will not exceed the amount your company paid for Fast Quoting during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Indemnity

To the extent allowed by law, your company will defend and reimburse Flooring Pros Augusta for third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your Company Content, your work for customers, your unlawful use of the service, or your material violation of these Terms. This does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our own unlawful conduct.

12. Governing law and changes

Georgia law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that must be brought in court will be handled by a court with jurisdiction in Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. We will post the revised date and give additional notice when a change materially affects existing users. Continued use after the effective date of an updated version means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.
