What Fast Quoting collects—and why.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Fast Quoting websites, company workspaces, and related support. It does not control a third-party website or service that has its own privacy policy.

2. Information we collect

• Account and company information: names, company name, trade, work location, email, phone number, login and membership details, permissions, and company settings.
• Company Content: information your company enters or uploads, such as leads, customer contact details and addresses, job sites, price-book items, categories, estimates, invoices, jobs, notes, images, documents, and communications.
• Billing information: plan, subscription status, billing dates, and identifiers received from Stripe. Stripe collects and processes payment-card information; Fast Quoting does not store full card numbers.
• Technical and security information: IP address, browser and device information, request and error logs, session information, authentication events, and cookies or similar technologies needed to sign in, secure the service, and remember essential settings.
• Communications: support requests, policy or cancellation requests, feedback, and messages sent through service features.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and authenticate accounts; separate and administer company workspaces; provide estimates, billing, email, documents, and other requested features; process subscriptions; provide support; prevent fraud and security incidents; diagnose and improve the service; communicate operational or policy updates; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Company Content for third-party targeted advertising.

4. When information is shared

We share information only as needed with:

• Your company: owners, administrators, and authorized team members can access information according to their permissions.
• Service providers: vendors that provide hosting and storage, authentication, security, payment processing, email delivery, support, analytics, or other infrastructure. They receive information needed to perform their services for us.
• User-enabled integrations and recipients: services or people you direct Fast Quoting to connect with or send information to, such as customers, Google Sheets, or accounting tools.
• Legal and safety recipients: authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, or secure the service.
• Business transaction recipients: a successor or adviser involved in a merger, financing, sale, or transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality and applicable law.

Key providers include Cloudflare for application infrastructure, Supabase for authentication, and Stripe for payment services. Stripe explains its own processing in the Stripe Privacy Policy.

5. Company responsibility for customer data

A company using Fast Quoting decides what customer and job information it enters and why it is used. That company is responsible for its own privacy notices, customer permissions, legal basis, and instructions to us. If your information was entered by a Fast Quoting customer, contact that company first; we will assist it when appropriate.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide and secure the service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and why it is held. Information may remain for a limited period in backups, security records, or records we must keep by law.

Company owners may request account or Company Content deletion using the contact information below. Before a subscription or account ends, export or save information the company needs. We may need to verify the requester's identity and authority.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated access and company-scoped permissions. No internet service or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use a unique password, limit team access, and notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.

8. Privacy choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to receive information about our handling of it. Company owners and administrators can update many account and company details in the workspace. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law; some information may be retained when the law permits or requires it.

Fast Quoting uses cookies and browser storage that are necessary for authentication, security, and core operation. Blocking them may prevent sign-in or other features from working.

9. Children and United States processing

Fast Quoting is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Information may be processed and stored in the United States.

10. Policy changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service or law changes. We will post the revised date and give additional notice when a change materially affects existing users.
